With a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and a BA in Psychology from Muhlenberg College, Michelle brings ten years of counseling experience to the practice. Her primary approach is cognitive-behavioral therapy, focusing on how healthier thoughts foster emotional well-being, but she also tailors her techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. With empathy, respect, and a touch of humor, she creates a safe space for healing and growth.
