Kaetlynn Ayala is a Licensed Social Worker and a graduate from Ramapo College of New Jersey’s Master of Social Work Program. She was inspired to become a therapist after recognizing her passion to help others reach their full potential.
Kaetlynn has experience providing clinical services to youth, adolescents, and adults in various settings ranging from nonprofit organizations to the private sector. Kaetlynn has training in trauma-informed care and utilizes a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience.
Kaetlynn has 10 years of experience working alongside first responders and therefore recognizes the unique hardships that may arise in this line of work. Additionally, Kaetlynn has experience working in higher education with emerging and returning adult students, helping them manage the stressors and difficulties that may arise during these transitional periods.
Kaetlynn’s practice is grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based approach. Kaetlynn also speaks Spanish and implements cultural sensitivity to the therapeutic relationship.
