Her background in forensic psychology has enriched her understanding of how untreated trauma can affect behavior, and she is especially committed to helping children and adolescents grow into emotionally healthy, self-aware adults with strong and positive relationships.
Caitlin approaches each person with empathy and understanding. She believes in a person-centered, collaborative approach that ensures every client feels safe and valued throughout the therapy process. She uses a CBT-oriented approach (Cognitive-behavioral Therapy) integrated with various other effective techniques. She aims to help others better understand the nature and origin of their feelings.
