Philosophy
At the Center for Transformation, every treatment plan is built around the whole person — not just a diagnosis. Dr. Sam begins with a thorough assessment of your mental, physical, and emotional health, then designs a personalized roadmap that may include individual therapy, couples counseling, neurofeedback, nutritional guidance, and medication management when appropriate.
What makes this practice different is the integration of modalities that most practices offer separately. CBT Plus, neurofeedback, and nutritional psychiatry work together to address root causes — not just symptoms — so clients leave with skills and insights that last a lifetime.
